November Update The Dolphin Project

Lots of progress was being made, but Storm Bert wreaked havoc and destroyed the protective marquee we had over Dolphin.

The crowdfunder project has been extended but will come to an end on Monday 2nd Dec, but please support and share the crowdfunder as far and wide as you can.

Physical progress on the boat, the topsides have been removed, lots of scraping, cutting out rotten timbers and stripping her right back.

Physical progress on the boat, porthole windows are out, the prop shaft is out, lots of paint scraping and work has started on removing the topside... but there is a long list of things we want to achieve in November

Dolphin Project Sept 2024 Update

September update to the regeneration of the Dolphin Project Boat.

We have launched a Crowdfunder campaign to try to secure the remainder of the funds we need to get Dolphin finished. Please support and share the crowdfunder as far and wide as you can. At the time of publishing this video we have match funding from Devon Enviro and Aviva Community Fund which is really helping reach our target. The Crowdfunder ends at the end of October so we need a big push now.

Physical progress on the boat, the Bilge Keels are off, the Rubbing Strakes, and the Rudder have all come off... but there is a long list of things we want to achieve in October.
